One of our most important goals arising from Medvax mission is to focus on providing high quality products and services to our Customers.
JSC «Medvax» Ltd. is guided by National Law on Public Health, National Law on Drugs, Government Decrees, Ministry of Health Resolutions and other Regulations in the field of Public Health of the Republic of Belarus.
We carry out our business in compliance with the requirements in a number of Quality Frameworks including Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Good Pharmaceuticals Practices (GPP) and
Good Storage Practices (GSP) :

  • EU 92/25 EEC: Council Directive on the wholesale distribution of medicinal products for human use and amending Directive 2001/83/EC.
  • Guidelines of 5 November 2013 on Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for human use 2013/C 343/01.
  • WHO TRS 957, Annex 5: Good Distribution Practices for Pharmaceuticals Products.
  • WHO TRS 961, Annex 9: Good Storage Practice.
    We create and maintain a comprehensive quality system which ensures the products that we supply and distribute as well as the services we provide are of highest standards. For this purpose we adhere to the Operating Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures developed and adopted by our company.

    According to the inspection in April 2021 JSC «Medvax» Ltd is the first Belarusian distributor company that received a positive conclusion of compliance with the rules of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union № 000002/GDP/2021 dated April 27, 2021.

    In February 2024, JSC «Medvax» successfully confirmed compliance with the rules of good distribution practice (GDP), received certificate No. 000084/GDP/2024, valid until February 21, 2027.
